Premium Hunting Weekend – S & S Heritage Farm | Pearsall, TX

Experience an unforgettable hunting weekend on 1,200 low-fence acres in the heart of South Texas. At S & S Heritage Farm, hunting is more than a getaway — it's a tradition rooted in respect, family, and ethical harvest.

What's Included:

• Hunt Days: Friday afternoon – Sunday morning
• 1 Management Buck (130" and below per hunter per weekend)
• 1 Doe (per hunter per weekend)
• 2 Hogs (per hunter per weekend)
• Trophy Bucks available ($200 per additional inch over 130")
• Comfortable lodging for 4
• All linens, towels, toiletries, bottled water, coffee & light snacks
• 4 meals: Friday light dinner, Saturday breakfast & dinner, Sunday breakfast
• Outdoor firepit with firewood, chairs
• Archery range & corn hole
• Semi-guided tours
• Processing: Skinned & quartered (bring your own cooler - additional charge)
• Cleaning station

Price: $2,500 per hunter (bow) — Max 2 hunters per weekend (third hunter considered case-by-case). Non-hunting guests: $150/night.

Early Pay Discount: Pay in full at booking and receive the discounted rate of $2,500. Valid for reservations made on or before May 31, 2026.

Deposit: A deposit of $1,250 is required to hold your spot. This deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to a different weekend if availability exists. Balance is due 1 day prior to arrival.

Requirements: Hunters must hold a valid Texas hunting license with applicable tags.
