Local Delivery Policy
At S & S Farm2Table, we’re proud to offer local delivery of farm-raised meats and goods directly from our farm to your door. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth and successful delivery experience.
Delivery Area
Local delivery is available to customers within our designated delivery area. Eligibility is determined automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
If your address falls outside our delivery zone, local delivery will not appear as an option.
Delivery Days & Times
- Delivery Days: Friday
- Delivery Window: Typically between 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Delivery times may vary slightly based on route volume, weather, and farm operations. You will receive confirmation once your order is scheduled for delivery.
Order Cutoff
To ensure freshness and proper preparation:
- Orders must be placed by Wednesday at 12:00 PM (noon) for delivery that same week.
Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery window.
Delivery Fees
- A local delivery fee may apply and will be shown clearly at checkout.
- Free delivery may be available for qualifying orders or members, when applicable.
Receiving Your Order
- Someone must be available to receive refrigerated or frozen items, or you must provide delivery instructions at checkout.
- If no one is available and no instructions are provided, we may leave the order in a safe location at your request. Once delivered, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.
Product Handling & Quality
Our products are handled with care and transported in temperature-controlled conditions. We recommend promptly refrigerating or freezing items upon delivery to maintain quality and safety.
Due to the nature of farm-raised and perishable products, all sales are final once delivery is completed.
Weather & Farm Conditions
Severe weather, road conditions, or farm-related circumstances may occasionally require delivery adjustments. If this occurs, we will communicate promptly to reschedule.
